This anti camp is suitable if you have a floor where multiple are standing still but only those within that area will teleport, not those that are moving which will be handy. For this one, you don't need a counter but color tiles instead.
First stack:
Wired trigger: user walks on furni
Wired selector: furni in area
Wired effect: send signal
Small wired antenna
Any floor furni that you want to use for where people are anti camping on
Second stack:
Wired trigger: receive signal
Wired selector: furni in area
Wired effect: send signal
Small wired antenna
Third stack:
Wired trigger: receive signal
Wired condition: selector quantity
Wired condition: triggering user is on furni
Wired effect: teleport to furni
Fourth stack:
Wired trigger: receive signal
Wired condition: selector quantity
Wired condition: triggering user is on furni
Wired selector: furni on furni
Wired effect: send signal
10 color tiles or how many you would like to use. So if you were to use 7 seconds as anti camp then you would need 7 color tiles. The example from this guide i used is 10 color tiles = 10 seconds.

I placed my bots to use as 'real habbo's so you can see that the people who did not move will teleport out. But the person that has been moving will not teleport since they had been moving already, which i feel like this is very efficient in games.
