Added Searching to Badges Page
Added the ability to search the badges page https://habboquests.co/habbo/badges so you can better find any badge you are after, e.g. "HabboQuests" shows all of our badges.

Enabled Values of 0 or Greater for Shop Prices
Previously, admins had to enter a value of 1 or greater for the cost of an item. Allowed them to change the value to 0 for special months like Pride etc.

Ever had an error you couldn't screenshot? Admins can now impersonate a user to see exactly what they see across the site. Fully logged, for accountability between Admin Staff and Developers.

Previously, this was all done manually via the database; when a GDPR request came in, we would manually process the data. Now, Admins can complete the GDPR request via the Admin Panel.
