SID 2022 - Chapter 2

It's time to begin the second chapter in this years Safer Internet Day campaign!

There are 4 Chapters within this event, each chapter will open on the following dates. If you manage to earn all 4 badges you will be able to receive a new SID plushie!
8th February - Chapter 1
10th February - Chapter 2
15th February - Chapter 3
17th February - Chapter 4

Note: To play this chapter, you need to wear the badge you earnt from chapter 1. You can view the guide for this chapter here.
Say :tele2 to teleport. Then enter the teleporter.


Wait in the queue for your turn.


Note: You have 3 minutes to complete the following game.
Step onto the coloured tile and say *.

Step onto the coloured tile and say Access Data.

Use the safe.

Step onto the coloured tile and say Rectify Data.

Step onto the coloured tile and say *sign*.

Use the green button.

Use the switch to see the question.

Step onto the pink, green and blue coloured tiles to see the possible answers. Note, a 4th tile, red, will appear for question 4. Once you have done this, click the green button.

Using the arrow tiles, guide the bot to the coloured tile which had the correct answer to the question given. Repeat until you have answered the 4 questions correctly. Once you have completed all the questions, you will teleport.
Q1: What's the max amount of time a controller can take to make the personal data available to a user - Pink
Q2: How much do users need to pay to obtain access to their personal data? - Pink
Q3: Who is responsible to have the data rectified - Blue
Q4: Which of these are examples of data that can bobba? - Red


Enter the teleporter.


Wait in the queue for your turn.


Note: You have 3 minutes to complete the following game.
Step on the coloured tile and say *Close Account*.

Step on the coloured tile and say *No, Thanks*.

Once the safe appears, step onto the coloured tile and say *sign*. Then use the safe.

Step onto the coloured tile and say *Transferred Data*.

Once the bot has finished talking, step onto the coloured tile, once the green button appears, use it to teleport.

Click the switch to see the question. Step on the green and blue tiles to see the possible answers, then click the green button.

Now move through the minibars to the correct coloured tile for the question you were given. Once on the coloured tile, say * to complete that question. Repeat until you have answered the four questions correctly. Walk around the area once complete to teleport.
Q1: Right to portability allows users to: - Green
Q2: Data portability can be transferred from: - Blue
Q3: Is it important for the data to be received in a structured, machine-readable format? - Blue
Q4: Can personal information like home address and phone number be included? - Green


Enter the teleporter.


Wait in the queue for your turn.


Note: You have 2 minutes to complete the following game.
Memorize the position of the letters on the keyboard. Then flick the switch to begin the game.

Now step onto the keys where the letters were and say *. You must do this in the order A, L, Y, X.

Once you have done this and the lights are green, step onto the green block to teleport.

Flick the switch to teleport.

Step onto the coloured tile and say *Erase Data*.

Once the tile has turned green, step onto it again to teleport.

Memorize the position of the letters on the keyboard. Then flick the switch to teleport.

Now step onto the keys where the letters were and say *. You
must do this in the order A, L, Y, X.

Once complete, step onto the green block to teleport.

Use the green button.


Enter the teleporter.


Wait in the queue for your turn.


Note: You have 3 minutes to complete the following game.
Watch the bot scene, wait to be teleported.

Use the green button once it appears.

Move the coloured blocks onto their corresponding tiles by typing the letters W, A, S, D whilst you are stood on them. E.g. To make the green block move forward say D.
W - Up
A - Left
S - Down
D - Right

Once complete, step onto the arrow tile to teleport.

Step onto the rollers to hear a question, you must say the answer before you reach the coloured tile. Repeat for all 4 questions. The answer will either be :A or :B, the answers for which can be found below.
Q1: In which case can data controllers continue processing your data? - :B
Q2: The right to object needs to be handled by: - :A
Q3: Can a controller continue storing data after a user has restricted the processing of their data? - :B
Q4: Can a restriction request be denied? - :A
Once complete, you will receive your badge!
