Brew the Magic Spell Quest

As Halloween nears, it's time for another quest!
Activate your Quest to begin. Activate the quest by opening the quest menu and clicking 'Activate quest'.
You need to place down four Skull Bottles. You would have been purchasing these whilst completing a previous quest.
Note: You can complete this with only one bottle, just pick up and replace the same bottle.
Head to the following room;
Room Name: [HNN] Neon Nightmare
Room Owner: noodlesoup
Enter the room and wear the Prom Night Escape! badge. The guide for this badge can be found here.
Say Tele5 to teleport, then enter the teleporter.
Wait in the queue for your turn. Once it is your turn, you will automatically enter the teleporter.
Note: This is a timed game. You have a few minutes however the time is not specified.
Firstly, head into the closet to go to the lower level.
When you head down, the skull bottles should be visible.
Say Back to my time and day
The cage should now spawn in. Whilst standing near it, say Piccolo to complete the game.
You will then receive a badge. The quest should also progress.
You now need to wear the badge you just achieved. Titled: Who is behind the mask? to complete the final part of the quest.
You will then receive your badge!

Is there any way to earn more pumpkins?? I accidentally spent all and didn't have the last bottle quest active. Finished all the other quests (besides the crafting ones)... Really annoyed if this is the thing that stops me getting the backpack

Something isn't right, the cage doesn't spawn and the room gets flooded. I'll try again another day.
