This badge too existed for a quite a while. It is a very simple badge to get. However, please note that you must have at least 15 duckets. Here is a step-by-step guide for you to get your hands on that beautiful gold badge.
Open the Shop, navigate to Furni → Room Event and fill in the following required boxes. Name your promo then describe your room in the box below. Finally, choose your designated room that you want the promo to come effect on.
Press the buy button and purchase your promo for 15 duckets. This will enable your room to be visible in the Navigator's Promoted tab for 120 minutes. You are also given the option to extend and/or edit your purchased Room Promo.
Note: Once you've received the badge, it can also duplicate upon purchase. You will only receive one default badge but every repeated purchase of Room Promo or extended your promo will be counted as a new purchase and you will receive another badge notification.
