After half an hour of releasing the badge, it was possible to enter the room without waiting in line.
Another thing that failed on habbo.com is that the staff did not provide the option to get the badge via spectator view. I participated in the celebration at other hotels and it was possible to get the badge without entering the room and just clicking on the statue.
Thank you Felipementos for letting me know about the 6-hour time limit to get the badge, I wouldn't have gotten it otherwise
Because it is a global event, the Brazilian creators who developed this game asked hotel managers to make the emblem available for 6 hours after the timer ended. However, there was a lack of clear and precise information from the management of all hotels as NO HOTEL WAS NOTIFIED.
What all people can do is send a ticket asking to request the badge again for those who didn't get it.

Ridic to have a badge that is only available only if you're literally online during the countdown/on the dot
Spectator mode works in all hotels. I tried to take the test and it didn't work. Maybe the noodlesoup staff forgot to configure some wired. It is a universal event and available in all Habbo hotels.
And in other hotels the badge will remain available for 6 hours (so much so that it is no longer available on habbo.fi).
The staff did something strange because in other hotels you can get the emblem in spectator view without entering the room and clicking on the statue.
In any case, the emblem will be unavailable for 6 hours, according to what the creators reported on Habbo Brasil. So much so that it is now unavailable on Habbo Finland.
