November 26th - 6 PM EST / 11 PM GMT / 10 AM AEDT (Nov 27th)

Step 1

Enter the ambassador room, sit on the seats and listen to what the Ambassadors have to say.

Step 2

Enter the teleporter.

Step 3

Say start to teleport, then complete the telephrase. Flick the switch and answer the final question to receive your badge.
